To submit a return request, please contact us.  You'll need the following information in order to submit your request. 

• Order Number - Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.

• Email Address - You’ll need to provide the email address that was used to place your order.

• We ask why you are requesting the return and that you only return unopened bottles with the safety seal around the bottle cap fully intact. We’ll happily issue a prepaid return label at no cost to you.

All returns must be approved and processed with our company-issued return shipping label to ensure proper tracking and processing of the return. If a customer does not use our company-issued return label and return procedure, their return may not be processed and a refund may not be issued.
